Kate Eastmead

Kate Eastmead moved from Manchester New Hampshire in 2000, she attended Spruce Creek High School and Daytona State College. Kate's experience in retail, customer service, and event planning, brought her to the natural conclusion that a career in real estate would be most fulfilling, since she was born in a real estate family. In 2015 she went to real estate school to pursue her lisence. Now Kate works with Royal Realty in the Daytona Beach area, and resides in Port Orange with her husband. Kate has been trained, and inspired, by her mother DeAnna from a very young age. Absorbing the past 20 years of the real estate industry before even entering it. By watching her mothers success in real estate, she has adopted many positive atributes that she carries with her everyday in her own business. Kate has been on a fast track her entire life. She graduated early, and opened an Etsy store called Eastmeads' Vegan Earth . Her store contains handmade, all natural, vegan personal care pruducts.

Calvin L. Emery

Cavin was born and raised in the small seacoast town of Hampton Beach N.H. He has loved living near the ocean his entire life. Calvin went to Winnacunnet High School, Home of the Warriors where he played varsity football and basketball. He is to this day a big fan of all New England professional sports and NASCAR. His work history includes having worked in grocery store management for nearly 25 years before moving to Daytona Beach in 2001. After living in the beautiful seacoast town of Hampton Beach he moved to the World’s Most Famous Beach Daytona Beach and acquired his real estate license. He first hung his license with Fairfield Resorts and eventually becoming what is now known as Wyndham World Wide Resorts. After a very successful career with Wyndham Calvin moved to the Fort Lauderdale area and worked with a Real Estate company known as For Sale By Lenders. After a 2 a year commitment to FSBL, Calvin moved back to Daytona Beach to join a wonderful Real Estate company known as Royal Realty Real Estate. Owned and operated by Deanna Greenwood, who is the Broker, and very well known in the community. She has over 25 years of Real Estate experience.
